Boost Studio is the design partnership of Steve Boris and Christine Koch, graphic designers with two different perspectives and myriad individual strengths. Steve's work is bold and modern, while Christine's is classic and elegant. Steve paints big ideas with broad strokes and Christine focuses on function and detail. The meshing of these contrasting styles and ideas is what gives boost studio its unique approach and fuels our success.

Steve has over 25 years of experience as a Creative Director developing corporate branding, identities, taglines, packaging, product development, tradeshow and display design, illustration and marketing collateral pieces for customers in almost every industry in the U.S., Hong Kong, Canada and Australia.
Steve prides himself on making tight deadlines and is proficient in an unrivaled number of design capabilities. This allows for total control of key elements without waiting on other sources that can delay deadlines and compromise the design.
christine koch
Christine has over 20 years of experience as an Art Director and Design Director for regional and national publications. She has extensive experience with technology, publishing and educational sectors, working closely with clients to create effective solutions for their design needs.
Christine is a Rhode Island School of Design graduate and a recipient of CASE Awards (educational publishing) Gold and Silver medals for design excellence.
sandi stricklin
Sandi has more than 10 years of experience working with local internet and marketing firms. She was previously the Director of Product Management for a software start-up that developed the first of its kind content management system for video, audio and Flash.
Prior to that she worked with iXL, Inc., as Director of the Project Management staff and later as the founder of the Content Management Department. She authored a White Paper on the subject and gave numerous presentations to enlighten audiences about Content Management being a key factor in the success of any Web engagement.

Carpe Diem
Carpe Diem Guesthouse and Namasté Spa is a world-class inn nestled in the heart of Provincetown, Ma. The inn balances a combination of European and Asian influences with luxurious, refined elegance. However, Carpe's identity, website, and collaterals did not reflect the unparalleled quality of their inn.
BoostStudio saw this as an opportunity to demonstrate our abilities and create a brand that captured the unique essence of the Carpe experience. The new look is sophisticated, contemporary yet classic, with an international flavor. We continued to flow that essence through every component, from a show-stopping website to brochures and letterhead, from staff shirts to advertising and product amenities.
Slimband
BoostStudio worked with Slimband to freshen their look, construct a powerful new marketing approach, and improve internet lead conversions.
The project included revising the branding of Slimband and creating a new tagline that personalized the product. We added "My" to the Slimband name and focused on positive results with a series of ads titled "My Success Story". We also developed a refrigerator magnet as a give-away campaign piece that was a big hit with focus groups.
We then revised the look of the existing website with a more accessible and friendly approach.
ideaLaunch
ideaLaunch is a cutting-edge company on the forefront of SEO and online publications. The core of their business is lifetips.com which creates tip and advice centers for company websites to generate content and establish the client as an authority in their respective field.
There is always something new in one of the ideaLaunch companies, challenging us to create new designs across varied disciplines. Most projects focus on revising web pages to increase traffic and improve communication of information.
