Challenge
Wave Design needed illustrations to make their sales collateral and website for a new retirement community more attractive. Since the projects' architect did not provide rendered elevations or landscaped lot/floor plans, a rendering technique had to be developed to quickly illustrate the homes.
Solution
We scanned the architect's blueprints and exported them into Photoshop to paint them digitally.The trees and shrubs were hand-drawn with a digital tablet to create a random, irregular line quality. These drawings were then merged into various combinations and sizes to portray a lush environment.
Result
Our illustrations brought the blueprints to life and created a powerful selling tool for both the print collateral and the Olde
Village Square website.
